Policies / FAQ

To create a pleasant environment for your practice as well as that of other practitioners, please abide by the following general etiquette guidelines:

Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before class (10 minutes for new students).

  • Try to enter and leave the yoga room without disrupting the other students.

  • Do not wear perfumes; colognes; or scented body lotions.

  • Please leave your shoes in the front.

  • Respect the silence of the yoga room before, during and after class.

  • Turn OFF your cell phone when you arrive.

  • Tranquil Souls is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • No class pass sharing

Cancellation

Class/Event/Workshop/Training Policy
> NO REFUNDS on any class, workshop, event, retreat or training.  

Private Session Policy
> Please notify the studio at least 24hours in advance if you need to cancel a Private Session or Reiki appointment. 
> Full payment is required if cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance.

Membership Policy
> Unlimited auto-renew memberships are our most popular option!  Membership cancellations require a 30 day notice which must be received via email or in studio.

Returned Check Policy
> A $25 service fee will be charged for any returned checks.
