The discipline of yoga was originally intended to be taught 1 on 1 from teacher to student. Private yoga lessons allow you to work around your own schedule, adjust for any special needs and comfortably deepen and advance your yogic practice at your own pace. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, modify for a special need, not ready for public classes or just want to explore advanced yogic postures and alignment – your personal yoga trainer can design your practice to meet your specific needs.
Your personal yoga trainer will take into account your posture, old injuries, desires and goals and then tailor a practice that’s just right for you. Your personal yoga trainer may also design a home practice for you to add to your daily routine. For those who are interested in learning pranayama (yogic breathing exercises to improve health) and or meditation, these tools can be incorporated in to your visit.
Private Yoga lessons may be conducted at our studio or in the comfort of your own home. Feel free to call the studio with any questions or for a consultation from one our instructors. There is no need to purchase any equipment as our studio is well stocked with yoga mats, blocks, straps etc.

Our staff will provide a day of miniature wellness services for your team, including Yoga, Barre, Reiki, chair massage, reflexology, and nutritional counseling. Learn how these holistic therapies can combat fatigue, stress, headaches, and carpel tunnel syndrome associated with daily use of phones and keyboards.
In addition, one of our yoga instructors will lead an energizing “chair yoga” routine, designed to alleviate low back pain, boost mental clarity, and provide your employees with the tools to feel great at the office everyday!
