Julie is a 500hr RYT, Level 1 Balanced Athlete ™ certified coach, and trained in Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Reiki I. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island. She has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2010.
Julie's philosophy...Yoga should be accessible for Every Body. She also believes that yoga is more than a physical experience. It encompasses heart, intuition, confidence, spirit, agility, mobility, strength, relaxation, compassion and creating balance both on and off your mat. Her hope and goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your practice in, both physically and emotionally.
