Jen began practicing yoga about 10 years ago. Through her practice Jen became stronger and more joyful in her body, mind and spirit. Realizing the empowering benefits of all 3 aspects of yoga combined, she decided to become certified as a yoga teacher to help others find healing through yoga. Jen was certified in Body Matrix Vinyasa Flow by Victoria Haffer at the Ashram in Millis, MA. She has also studied Iyengar Yoga with Roger Cole at the Kripalu Center. In Jen's classes you learn correct alignment in your postures and bring health and healing to your body and soul.
