Jennifer Driscoll is a certified Yoga, Pilates, Barre and group fitness instructor as well as a Restorative Exercise Specialist and personal trainer. Her certifications include Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), AFAA (the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), Nutritious Movement, Boston Body Barre, The Pilates Physical Mind Institute, Yoga Fit, Madd Dogg Athletics (Spinning), Silver Sneakers and Les Mills Body Pump. In addition, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance, completed Reiki Level 1, and has done the Stott Pilates® mat and apparatus training. She is always working to deepen her knowledge of alignment, movement and biomechanics to bring balance to the body and mind. Jennifer enjoys working with clients of all levels, and is also trained to teach children, seniors and prenatal/postnatal classes. Her goal is helping her clients improve all aspects of fitness while reducing stress and increasing energy because she believes that everyone deserves to feel good!
